    How do straws and cutlery degrade?

    What is the moment of its degradation? Can it degrade in the sea?

    Its degradation time is 240 days under optimal conditions for biodegradation, in final disposal sites, such as sanitary landfills or composting. The product will degrade in other media, but time may vary.

    What is the shelf life of the product?

    The shelf life is one year stored in a cool and dry place.

    What are the colors of the products you handle?

    The standard color of our products is beige and special orders are black.

    What temperatures do cutlery and straws withstand?

    Our products are suitable for hot and cold foods, at a maximum temperature of 80 ° C.

    Can cutlery be reused?

    The reuse of cutlery and straws is not recommended since being a product of organic origin/content can accelerate its degradation.

    Are the products compostable?

    We have two product lines, biodegradable and compostable. The biodegradable product rejoins nature once its useful life ends, like a fruit! It is recommended that the compostable product be discarded in a composter or sanitary landfill to be 100% degraded.
